3M Abrasive Systems Division is looking for a talented Sales Representative.

Primary focus is to develop new business for the South of Belgium and Luxembourg. You will also grow, develop and maintain the relationship with existing clients and employ all efforts to achieve/ exceed the sales targets.

What are your responsibilities?

Business development:

Develop unique ways to grow the business with your customers and provide abrasive solutions.

End-user penetration:

  • Leverage and maintain end-user relationships within the region
  • Identify and create opportunities at metal fabrication companies within region
  • Demonstrate surfaces finishing and grinding in the production area
  • Joined fielding with channel representatives
  • Demonstrate / Specify products at account end-users
  • Develop Long Term relation with account end-users in order to leverage the 3M technology in the production process from the customer
  • Coordinate national accounts (in Industry)

Provide support to internal team (inside sales, channel team, marketing):

  • Align with business planning
  • Share competitive Intelligence (pricing, activities, new products)


  • You have a Bachelor or Master in Industrial Engineering (Mechanicals, Electronics, Electromechanicals) with good understanding of complex industrial processes.
  • You are a Passionate entrepreneur and you want to become a sales specialist in Industry.
  • You are enthusiast, a result-oriented, creative, pro-active, analytical, flexible and an independent worker with strong communication skills and able to work in a team.
  • Preferred: technical background with a hand’s on approach.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office, CRM
  • Languages: fluent in French & English. Dutch is a plus.
